Therapy is not a 'one size fits all' approach, each individual will have different requirements and lengths of treatment will be required. We can discuss the number of sessions you may require at the initial consultation. If you are on a low income please reach out to discuss how I may still be able to help.

Initial Consultation
£30.00. The purpose of an initial consultation is for us to meet, either online or face to face, to briefly discuss what you are hoping to achieve. It is an opportunity for me to explain how I may be able to help you. Most importantly, it allows you to meet me so you can decide whether I am the right person to help you on your journey. The cost of your initial consultation is redeemable should you decide to book in with me.

£95.00 A single session lasts between 60 and 75 minutes.

£270.00. Payable prior to, or at first session.

£510.00. Payable prior to, or at first session.
Quit Smoking Single Session
£250.00. This is a one off session that lasts upto 3 hours. The price includes a booster MP3 recording if necessary.
